Steve is the founder of Prime Your Fitness.  He holds the Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) credential through the National Strength and Conditioning Association (NSCS).  Steve is a former competitive athlete who converted over 20 years of strength training into a passion to help others.  He has 2 yrs of personal training and group training experience.  In 2010, he completed Z-Health’s Essentials of Elite Performance, teaching step by step training for world class mobility, flexibility, balance, vision, and speed.  He builds collaborative relationships with clients through encouragement and motivation, and by sharing knowledge to empower each client to perform workouts with increased confidence.
